A Safe Home

Each of our homes upon signature to lease become equipped with features to not only make the process enjoyable and secure for our guests but for both the team and others. Security features will be implemented and installed such as surveillance cameras to home, Ring door bells, interlocking/interchanging key pads for front door. Guest will be notified on the code to access home upon arrival and code will be changed 30 min post departure from home. Noise monitoring will also be featured to assure no noise complaints will be brought to attention. No smoking will be allowed in house, will be a fee if incompliant to rules during stay.

A Clean Home

2-3 times a week our team manages to coordinate a maintenance upkeep for the homes sanitary state of living done by hired trusted professional cleaners. All rooms are included as the cleaners will disinfect, sanitize, change and wash bedding/towels. Trash will be taken out to dumpster, depending on day of cleaning, the cleaners will be aware to take trash can to the street so the city can dispose of trash collected.

A Home To Call Home

Taken into consideration that our guests have left their home to stay in ours. We believe its only right to make them feel as if they’re at home for the duration of their stay. Cleaning supplies, snacks, travel toiletries such as shower washes, lotions, soaps, and feminine care will be provided. Towels ranging from different size depending on the guests needs will be provided along with bedding covers/blankets. Amenities will be equipped such as fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, grill, Television, etc. Televisions come equipped with Roku and Wi-Fi, will allow the guest to access any streaming app they chose (Netflix/Hulu/YouTube, etc.). Guests will be welcomed to a greeting gift and a hand written card stating all the necessities and amenities, along with any information that is in benefit to them such as park location or places to eat, entertainment.
